Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as an authorization decision?
Each call to the authorize() endpoint counts as one decision. This includes both allow and deny outcomes. Cached decisions served by the SDK do not count against your quota.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Pro instantly. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Enterprise contracts have custom terms.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes. Every Pro plan starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to all Pro features. No credit card required to start the trial.
What happens if I exceed my decision quota?
On the Free plan, additional decisions are rejected with a 429 status code. On Pro, overage decisions are billed at $0.001 each. Enterprise plans have no hard limits.
